Join in for another Ride Along! This time we headed to the wild eastern parts of Berguedà and into the next county, Ripollès. Here we found an amazing trail following a mellow ridge with easy/moderate riding with a lot of flow. We did the route from the west to be able to connect it with our other trail in Catllaràs. In the future we will be able to offer a superb wilderness experience with a multi-day enduro adventure with lodging in mountains huts. This is for sure the wildest area in the Barcelona province. Sign me up!

 

 

 

 

We did this ride on the 18th of December (!), a day with big influence of wind from Sahara so the visibility was very low and with the sand in the air everything was kind of yellow-foggy. It rained the day before but the trail was in 100% perfect condition with great grip. The gravel roads to return to the car though was very, very muddy….

In this video we tried to explain a little more about the route, about the riding, use two cameras and work the video a bit more. We also try to be even more careful with the sound. Did you like it? Anything we should get better at? Let us know!
